Yummy without the Tummy!

Skinny Strawberry Shortcake

enough for the hubby and me! :) 160 calories per serving!

2 cups Fresh sliced strawberries
1 packet Truvia no calorie sweetener (or splenda or whatever you choose)
3 slices Sara Lee Butter pound cake
4 tablespoons Cool Whip Free

Mix strawberries with sweetener. Slice cake (for mine I used one slice that I sliced in half so I would still have two layers without extra calories!) hubby had two full-size slices. Layer half cup of sweetened strawberries over half slice of cake and 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip Free. Then repeat the layers and enjoy!

And my evening munchies have vanished nicely! Maybe we will do this every night for awhile!
